Return policy

  • To return an item, please login to your account, go to the section ‘Orders’ and select the order concerned. Then select ‘Returns/Exchanges” and follow the instructions. If you checked out as a guest, you can request a return below. Enter the order number and email address below.
  • Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.
  • Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
  • All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

Please note

  • If you are receiving multiple shipments for the same order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing
  • We reserve the right to refuse return items that does not meet the above returns obligations. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. We may deduct from the refund an amount to cover the diminished value of the product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s).

Important

  • Return shipments are at the customer’s own expense. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
  • Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. If duties and taxes are not paid by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
  • We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
  • We prefer that items are returned with the same carrier company that made the initial shipment to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
  • Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. However, to initiate an exchange for an alternative style please register your return request for a refund, and simply purchase the new item separately at droledemonsieur.com.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge by UPS Standard.
  • A credit note will be sent to you by email once item(s) are received and inspected by our warehouse.
  • Please note, that an item can be exchange only once. If you ever want to exchange it a second time the shipping cost would be at your charge.

Refund

  • Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • If the deadline is missed, we reserve the right to reject the refund and give you a store credit. The new order(s) placed with the store credit can be exchangeable but not refundable.
  • Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to DRÔLE DE MONSIEUR within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
  • Please note that customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs or taxes.

  • If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. For any other complain about the item quality, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt.
