We used to work with UPS & DHL.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive ?

Shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 days depending on country, but may take up to 7 days for some destinations. More specific shipping days can be found under our help section and shipping information. Please follow this link.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept ?

In all countries we accept credit cards and Paypal.

I am placing an international order. Does the shipping cost include the customs, duties and taxes ?

The shipping cost not include customs, duties and taxes. We ship international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Online order

I just placed an order, can I cancel it ?

You cannot cancel your order yourself but we can of course help you. The order can only be canceled before it has shipped and before our warehouse has started working with the order. After that we cannot guarantee a cancellation. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have requested a cancellation after the order has shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, did my order go through ?

If you place an order you should receive order confirmation with an number, and often end up being marked as email spam.

I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it ?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 -5 days according to your shipping method If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder.

I made 2 orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed ?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any modification.

I’ve added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it ?

The only way to change your shipping address is to call at the carrier with your track number.

I noticed I entered the wrong postal code/appartment, and the package is now being returned to sender, what are the next steps to have my package reshipped to me ?

Once the package has been returned to our Warehouse, we will reach out to the customers in regards to any address issues. Once the package is returned to us, please allow 2-4 business days to reship.

Returns and Exchanges

I just received my online order. Can I return it for a full refund ?

Yes without the shipping cost.

Can I exchange my item for a higher priced item if I pay the difference ?

No. Exchanges are only for the same items for change your size.

How do I exchange or return an item?

To exchange or return an item, please login to your account, go to the section ‘Orders’ and select the order concerned. Then select ‘Returns/Exchanges” and follow the instructions.

Will I have to pay for return shipping ?

Unfortunately, you are responsible for return shipping.

I have received a defective product. What should I do ?

How do I care for the items that I purchased ?

Will sold out items be restocked ?

Use the option « STOCK ALERT » to be notified of any restock.
